Packing and Processed Time
1-2 business days.
For some item, please allow us 2-7 days for process&shipping. E.g handmade baby clothing, binder/swaddle.
Courier Delivery Time
West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
East Malaysia: 2-5 business days
Orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. Majority of orders can be expected within 2-3 days.
International Shipping
Shipping to other international destinations is available. Kindly email us to quote for international postage.
Courier Company and Charges
Currently we are using Poslaju Malaysia only. Postage charges are as follows :
West Malaysia : RM5 onwards
East Malaysia : RM10 onwards
Cash On Delivery (COD)
Currently we only offer COD to customers located in :-
KL (Mid Valley, Bangsar and PJ State area only)
Johor (Segamat and Pontian) - there will be delivery charge of RM3.00 for an order.
Delivery charge for an order of 6 LOVElyn items/products is waived (within Malaysia).
Change / Cancellation of Order
Should you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We will accept the change/order if the goods have not been processed/delivered.
In any case if the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement / refund / any other instructions.
